about me

Born in Brazil, I was privileged enough to always have been a movement enthusiast as I grew up with influences like rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, jazz, Yoga, contemporary dance, circus, capoeira, acro-yoga and pilates. After a few years of a brief contact with Yoga and a life changing course in Design in Sustainability, I deepened my practice and studies in 2013 and earned Yoga teacher training in 2016.
From the mindset of wanting to help others I was looking for a closer approach to assist people’s wellbeing, that was when I found massage therapy and decided to specialise in the subject at NSW School of Massage. Today in addition to the technical knowledge I’ve learnt, my intuitive healing and nourishing touch have been of beautiful and effective benefits to those who have come my way.

I like to think and feel massage as an intuitive dance, healing art, active meditation of deep connection and surrender.
